"The Eightfold Path is a path that can be only seen by the inner sight, or “insight.” This path is not a path that you can see outside, it is a path that is inside of us. When we talk about Buddhism, immediately we associate it with meditation. And actually, different techniques of meditation are taught in Buddhism.
