Without experiential knowledge of the forces that are moving within and around us, we are powerless to determine the trajectory of our existence. Learn about the essence (unmodified consciousness), ego (modified consciousness), and personality. Only when you can recognize and manage these elements form moment to moment can you begin to prepare for a conscious death.
